| 摘 要： | 在Ｔｓａｉ－Ｈｉｌｌ失效准则的基础上，结合价值和可靠性的概念，为复合材料圆柱形压力容器提出了价值可靠性设计的一种新方法，得到了计算功能费用公式，只要给定材质、可靠度和圆柱形容器外径，就能直径算出所需材料费用，有其实用价值。

| Abstract: | In this paper, based on the Tsai-Hill failure criterion combined with the concepts of valueand reliability, a new method of value reliability design for the cylindrical pressure vessels of compositematerials is proposed, a fuction cost formula is obtained. As long as material, degree of reliability and theouter diameter of cylindrical pressure vessel is given, the cost required for materia1 may be directly calcu-lated out by the inner pressure. It posseses a practice value. |
