| Abstract: | It is a very important actual problem to be solved in aircraft engineering that the flutter speed of horizontal tail is lower than designed. To this end, by making use of attached weights, several measures are put forward to improve the flutter properties of horizontal tail of certain type aircraft. The analytical methods and the results obtained will be conductive to increase the flutter speed of horizontal tail. |
