军机某疲劳关键部位加速腐蚀当量关系研究

摘    要:为评定飞机结构日历寿命体系,针对某框横梁下耳片根部三角区处腹板第1个铆钉孔部位,给出了地面停放局部环境谱和加速试验环境谱,并对加速试验环境谱进行了有效性检验。采用当量折算法和腐蚀程度对比法,给出折算系数,建立加速试验环境谱和地面停放局部环境谱作用下的当量加速关系。

Abstract:To evaluate the calendar life of aircraft structure,the accelerated corrosion environment spectrum and the grounding environment spectrum for the fatigue critical component of aircraft were presented.And the equivalent accelerated relationship that between the accelerated corrosion environment spectrum and the ground local environment spectrum was established.
