太阳翼地面展开实验过程的振动监测

摘    要:本文介绍了使用石英加速度计对某型号卫星太阳翼地面展开实验过程的振动、冲击加速度进行的监测和对振动、冲击测试数据进行的剔除、换算、排序、分析等处理,给出了时域曲线和频谱,得到了太阳翼展开过程的振动、冲击状况,对于关心的力学参数(锁定力矩、冲击力、末点速度)进行了分析计算,同时测定了太阳翼展开时间,评估了太阳翼展开对太阳翼驱动机构的影响。

Abstract:This paper describes vibratory acceleration that has been measured by using quartz accelerometer in the course of the certain satellite solar wing spreading.And the tested vibration and shock data are processed to get their time field curves and spectrum.Moreover,calculating some mechanics parameters that are concerned,such as: locking moment,shocking force and terminal velocity,while measuring the solar wing spreading time.As a result,the vibration and shock during the solar wing spreading process are made clear and the effects that the solar wing spreading have on solar wing driving mechanism are evaluated.
