摘    要:建立了包括玻璃骨架、弧框和垫片在内的飞机风挡结构抗鸟撞动响应分析三维有限元模型,建立了风挡材料的破坏准则,利用非线性有限元分析程序LS-DYNA模拟了风挡结构的抗鸟撞动响应过程,结果表明玻璃骨架和弧框对鸟撞后其结构特征参数的影响较大。利用区间逐次分半法,确定了风挡结构的安全临界速度和弧框开始屈服的临界速度,模拟结果为该风挡的改进和鸟撞试验提供了依据。

Abstract:A three-dimensional numerical model of bird impact for windshield structure,including framework of windshield,arc-frame and gasket is established.The criterion of windshield material destroyed is established.Non-linear,finite element program LS-DYNA is used to simulate the dynamic process of bird impacting windshield.The result shows that characteristic parameters of windshield have significant vary as the result of framework and arc-frame.Dichotomy is used to determine bird impact critical velocity of windshield damaging and arc-frame yielding.The solution of the simulation in this paper presents a kind of theoretical basis for the design,development and testing of bird impact for this kind of windshield.
