气囊仿真分析在助推器分离试验中的应用

摘    要:作为产品研制中一个重要标志性试验,助推器分离试验的意义重大。由于首次在大尺寸结构分离试验中使用缓冲气囊回收,为了确保试验的顺利完成,需要对回收过程进行详细的分析模拟。基于LS-dyna建立了回收过程的有限元模型,仿真得到了助推器与气囊相互作用的过程,并比较了助推器的截面载荷和尾段着陆速度。分析表明:气囊可以有效地减小尾段与地面的撞击速度,确保助推器在回收过程中不会发生破坏。按照气囊回收方案进行的助推分离试验圆满成功,助推器未发生破坏,验证了气囊仿真的正确性。

Abstract:As an important test during the development of the product, the meaning of booster separation test is great. Because of the first use of airbag in large scale test, the analysis is needed to accounting for decreasing the risk of testthrough the finite element method. Based on Ls-dyna ,the finite element model is established for the booster test. Through the simulation, the interaction of rocket booster and airbag is investigated, and the section bending moment and landing velocity of the structure are gained. The conclusion is that the act of wrecking and the local failure will not occur. Furthermore, the normal test of booster separation is successful and demonstrate that the simulation of airbag for booster separation test is proper.
