结构动力学疲劳损伤等效关系的研究

摘    要:弹(箭)体结构件在飞行过程中承受振动载荷作用,不同振动量级、振动时间下的疲劳损伤等效是快速评估结构环境适应性的重要手段。本文基于Miner准则和材料S-N曲线,得到疲劳损伤等效的定量关系,对MIL—STD-810F中的相关表述进行了澄清及讨论,介绍了等效关系在加速试验及可靠性试验中的应用。

Abstract:Rocket unit is under vibration Loadings. Equivalence analysis technology of fatigue damage is an important method in evaluating structure environmental adaptation at different level and time. Based on Miner's Rule and S-N Approach, a quantitative equivalent relationship of fatigue damage was proposed, then the correlational content in MIL-STD-810F was discussed and clarified. The formula was applied in the acceleration and reliability test.
