基于结构拓扑优化的惯组基座轻量化设计

摘    要:拓扑优化是一种根据载荷、约束及优化目标寻求结构材料最佳分配的优化方法,既可以用于全新产品的概念设计,也可用于已有产品的设计改进。在设计接口框架下,以惯组基座的初始结构为基础,实施以频率为约束条件的拓扑优化分析;参考优化后的最优拓扑并结合工艺要求,确定惯组基座设计方案并进行验算,实现惯组基座的轻量化设计。

Abstract:Topological optimization that is a design method for seeking optimum distribution of material according to loading, restraint and objective. This method is adaptable to both concept design of fire-new products and improved design of existing products. Under the framework of the design interface, Topology optimization is carried out with the frequency constraints based on the primary structure of the inertial-measurement-unit pedestal. According to the optimal topology and some other processing factors, a new design is created and FEA is made to validate the design. Substantial reduction of quality achieves light-weight design.
