摘    要:简要总结了螺栓拧紧力矩与应力的关系。在此基础上,研究了C/C复合材料螺栓在拧紧力矩条件下的破坏形式和强度性能,得出它与普通金属螺栓的性能具有很大区别,获得的数据为复合材料连接件的设计提供帮助。

Abstract:The relationship between the tightening torque and the stress distribution for a bolt was descried briefly in this paper. Then, the failure pattern and the strength performance of the C/C composite bolt with tightening torque were researched, and obtained the result that the mechanics performance of the composite bolt differs greatly from that of the metal bolt. These results are helpful for the design of composite joints.
