摘    要:压电陶瓷振子是应用相当广泛的电子无件,本文分析了逆电效应下携有表面浅裂痕扭转振子,得到了裂痕前缘的奇异电位移场和应力场的解析结果。并着重讨论了裂痕前缘电荷奇异增强对压电元件工作性能的影响。指出了提高压电元件表面加工精度的重要意义。

Abstract:Piezoelectric ceramics vibrators are widely used in engineering practice.A piezoelectric ceramics torsion-vibrator with a shallow surface cut is considered in this paper.The singular electric displacement and stress fields near the cut border are obtained analytically,and the influences due to the extreme charge intensification on the working properties of a piezoelectric element,and significance of improving the surface working accuracy of a piezoelectric element,are discussed emphatically.
