边界条件对试件振动响应影响的仿真研究

摘    要:以某导弹的模型仪器舱为研究对象,在相同的加速度控制条件、相同的控制方式下,对天上飞行状态、地面振动试验状态及基础激励状态时模型仪器舱的随机振动响应进行仿真分析。结果表明地面试验、基础激励这两种边界条件下模型仪器舱的响应与天上飞行状态的明显不同,尤其是共振峰的频率及大小均有较大差别。探讨了该现象出现的原因及对策,为实际工程工作提供参考。

Abstract:With same acceleration control condition and same control manner,the effects of various boundaries on vibration responses of model cabin are studied by using finite element method.The various boundaries include flight state,vibration experiment state and base excitation state.It is found that the random responses of second and third states are very different with the responses of first state.Especially the frequency and magnitude of maximum responses are all different.Then the reason and countermeasure are discussed.
