| 摘 要： | 神经网络由于其本身具有的优越性，已广泛应用于各个领域中的分类，联想问题，为了提高诊断准确度，给出了一种新的神经网络学习算法－二次学习影响系数加权法，并通过算例和实例对上述模型和算法进行了验证。

| Abstract: | Neural Network is applied to classification and auto memory in all fields,for the superiority of itself.In this paper for improving diagnosis accuracy,a new neural network learning algorithm-second learning effect coefficient algorithm is taken out.Finally the algorithm is tested through a simulative example. |
