摘    要:本文介绍提高机械式压力扫描阀测量精度的方法:实时采集传感器的初读数,消除传感器的零漂误差;实时校正传感器,消除电压与压力换算系数的误差;选用高分辨率、高精度的模数转换板;采用数字滤波法及使用小量程传感器提高采集数据精度,使机械式压力扫描间能很好地在低速风洞中应用,并满足试验要求。

Abstract:This paper will introduce some methods to improve measuring accuracy for scanivalve of pressure. Such as collected original data of sensor at the right moment to eliminate zero shift, calibrated coefficient for pressure change to voltage at the same time, used A/D converter of high accuracy, digital filteming and sensor of small range. This scanivalves of pressure apply in low speed wind tunnel very well and meet test demands.
