摘    要:针对悬臂梁力敏元件的结构优化问题,以布片部位应变最大和变形最小为优化目标,将正交试验法引入到力敏元件结构多目标优化中,提出了一种实用高精度的结构多目标优化方法.基于正交试验法和APDL求解模块,确定初始优化方案;对在其可行区间边界上未能取优的因素,细化样本点,采用最小二乘多项式曲线拟合对该因素的试验结果进行高精度拟合,通过计算获取该因素的最优水平,得到了全局最优化方案.通过对拟合效果的量化评价和有限元仿真验证,力敏元件的参数优化结果比较理想.

Abstract:Maximum strain and minimum deflection of bending position of strain gauge were set as optimization object against the structural optimization of cantilever.Orthogonal experimental design method was introduced to multi-objective structural optimization of force sensing elements.A high-precision multi-objective structure optimization method is presented in this paper.The preliminary optimal scheme was confirmed based on orthogonal experimental design method and APDL(ANSYS Parametric Design Language).The sampling points were refined for those factors that couldn't be the best at span boundary,and the least square polynomial fitting was adopted to accurately fit the factor's experiment results.The global best scheme was achieved after obtaining the best level of the factor by computation.Quantizing evaluation for fitting effect and finite element simulation verification was applied to prove that the optimization result of force sensing elements is perfect.
