纹影流动显示技术在超声速射流数值模拟验证中的应用

摘    要:为了研究总压探针测量方法在欠膨胀超声速射流中的可行性,论文采用非结构网格有限体积法对含探针和不含探针的射流流场进行数值模拟,并通过对两个计算结果的比较,给出这种测量方法的参考性评价。为了证明数值方法及计算结果的可靠性,给出了口径6mm的喷嘴、粗1.3mm总压探针在压比4的流动条件下纹影流场显示和总压探针测量等实验结果。

Abstract:In this paper a numerical analysis method for estimating the total pressure measure error has been developed by means of comparison between the numerical simulation of underexpanded supersonic jet flow with a total pressure probe and that without total pressure probe. Schlieren photograph visualization and total pressure measurement were carried out for validating the feasibility of this numerical analysis method. As a example , the estimation of total pressure measure error has been given at the pressure ratio of 4:1 under the size of dia 1.3 mm of total pressure probe (outside diameter) and dia 6mm nozzle exit (inside diameter) . This method also can be applied to estimate total pressure measure error in other supersonic flows.
