| 摘 要： | 在长为32.4m、内径为0.199m的大型长直水平管道中对玉米淀粉空气两相流的爆炸过程进行了研究.实验采用40J电火花引燃点火端4.2m范围的铝粉空气混合物所产生的爆炸波进行点火,对其燃烧转爆轰过程(DDT)进行了分析,并对不同浓度时混合物的燃爆情况进行了比较.浓度为689g/m3的玉米淀粉/空气混合物能在管道中完成燃烧向爆轰的转变,此浓度为本实验系统下的玉米淀粉的爆炸临界浓度上限,下限浓度为459g/m3.

| Abstract: | Motivated by the recent interest in the mechanism of the deflagration to detonation transition(DDT),research has been carried out the explosion of cornstarch/air mixture by the experiment system of a 32.4m in length and 0.199 inner diameter large-scale tube.The cornstarch/air mixture was ignited by the combustion wave from the aluminum/air mixture of length 4.2m close to the ignition end of the tube,the ignition is achieved via spark discharge of 40J initial energy.The processes of DDT in the two-phase flow... |
