96单片机在热线测量中的应用

96单片机是一种高性能16位芯片,具有体积小、可靠性高、应用范围广等优点。特别适合于要求很高的实时控制场合。应用范围纵横于工业控制、仪器仪表、计算机智能外设等各种工业领域。本文主要介绍利用96单片机测试多路热线探头的原理、硬软件设计方法。对热线仪的工作原理、96单片机主要功能以及系统设计、控制程序流程和程序编写、调试方法等均作了简要说明。文中还阐述单片机热线测试系统与 IBM-PC 计算机之间通讯问题,通过编制一段 BASIC 控制程序,实现了 PC 机对单片机目标程序调试、采集数据结果计算、处理与打印等。

APPLICATION OF SINGLE-CHIP MICROCOMPUTER IN THE HOT-WIRE MEASUREMENTS

wodel 96 single-chip computer is a high performance 16-bit chip,it's advantages are small size,high reliability,wide-appli-cation etc,and is well suited to precise real-time control,such as in-dustry control,instrument and meter, computer intelligent peripheral equip-ment in a variety of industry areas.In this paper,the principles by using a single-chip computer in hot-wire multiplex measurements and hardware/software design method are de-scribed.The working principle of hot-wire meter,the main function ofModel 96 and systematic design,the flowchart Of control program andits programming,debugging are dealed with briefly.In addition,thecommunication bctween IBM-PC and Model 96 hot-wire system is also il-lustrated,by way of programming a control program in BASIC,the de-bugging of Model 96 object program,processing acquisited data and outputing the result can be executed through IBM-PC.
