NF-6风洞洞体有限元计算与水压试验

摘    要:简要介绍了西北工业大学翼型研究中心NF-6高速增压连续式风洞洞体基于有限元方法的应力应变静态和动态特性分析,并与风洞水压试验结果进行对比。结果表明,有限元计算中所采用的结构和边界条件简化方法合理可行,在数量级和变化趋势上,实测点和对应计算点的应变值比较一致,最大应力在材料的许用应力之内,实际风洞洞体及支撑是安全的,风洞的前三阶振动模态分析为风洞的安全运行提供了参考依据。

Abstract:The static and dynamic characteristics of NF-6 wind tunnel based on the method of finite element (called FEM) calculation are mainly described in this paper, which is a pressured, continual, and high speed wind tunnel in Northwestern Polytechnical University. The strain results of some typical points, where is suffered with serious force when the tunnel is full of water and pressured, are compared with those computed. It shows that the reduction means used in calculating model and boundary restrict conditions are reasonable and strain of the tunnel shell are approximately same in amount and change trend with the test. In addition, the maximal stress of the structure never exceed the material's permission stress. The structure of the tunnel has been proved safety. Its former third dynamic models were provided for the wind tunnel's safety operation in times to come.
