六分量烧蚀/滚转天平静校装置研制

摘    要:在开展烧蚀/滚转测力试验技术研究时,为校准六分量天平,设计了六分量烧蚀/滚转天平静校装置。作者就这套天平静校装置主要技术指标、总体布局、主要设计特点、天平静校结果等进行了介绍。由于轴向校准载荷特别大,轴向采用无级自动液压加载和测力传感器标定的方式,作者重点对轴向校准进行了分析。

Abstract:During the research of the ablating and rotation aerodynamic measurement technology,six-component ablating and rotation balance calibration equipment was manufactured for the calibration of the six-component balance.Many parts of the balance calibration equipment are introduced in this paper,such as main technical target,main style,design characteristics and calibration results.Because calibration loading at axle direction is very large,an automatic hydraulic pressure load equipment and a force sensor were used.
