自转旋翼气动特性分析及试验研究

摘    要:从理论分析和试验验证两方面对自转旋翼气动特性进行了研究.采用叶素理论,以数值积分的方法建立自转旋翼气动模型,通过建模计算分析得出自转旋翼气动特性桨盘分布及与参数的关系.从原理性到实用性对试验模型和方案进行了设计.通过风洞试验,既验证了理论计算方法和结果正确可行,又发现了实践中存在的最小风速和最低预转速规律等问题.

Abstract:Aerodynamic characteristics of autorotating rotor were researched by way of theory and experiment.An aerodynamic model of autorotating rotor was established through numerical integral method based on blade element theory,and dynamic inflow theory was introduced into this model.The aerodynamic distributions and the influence of various design variables on the performance of autorotating rotor were studied and analyzed.Test model and experiment project were developed and designed.The theoretical predictions were validated by wind tunnel tests.Some phenomena were discovered in the course of test such as minimum wind speed rule and minimum pre-rotation rev rule.
