增压连续式跨声速风洞的防喘振措施--直接放空的研究

摘    要:安全、可靠的防喘振措施是保证增压连续式跨声速风洞安全运行的重要条件之一.直接放空作为防喘振措施的可行性得以讨论.在建立一个考虑压缩机和风洞回路相互影响数学模型的基础上,通过数值仿真,分析了直接放空对风洞和压缩机的影响.结果表明对于增压连续式跨声速风洞,直接放空只是带来风洞工作点一个短暂的过渡过程,不能有效地使工作点脱离喘振区.

Abstract:A safety and effective method to prevent surging in the pressurized continous transonic wind tunnel is demanded.The possibility of application of exhausting to prevent surging is studied.Based on a mathematical model of pressurized continuous transonic wind tunnel,the effects of exhausting on wind tunnel and compressor are studied.The numerical solutions and analysis reveal that a transitory disturbed process is introduced by the application of exhausting,after the process the working point of wind tunnel and compressor is not shifted from surging.
