FL-7风洞计算机综合测控系统的可靠度仿真计算

摘    要:依据Montecarlo法,对系统基本部件统计抽样,按故障树模型,确定系统平均失效时间,计算系统可靠度各项指标,进行可靠性设计。经2800多条气动实验曲线测定表明,在控制精度、燃料消耗、系统可靠度等方面均达到国内高速风洞的先进水平。

Abstract:The reliability calculation for computer synthetic measure and control system in FL-7 wind tunnel is introduced in this paper. Applying Monte carlo method random sampling for system basic events and scanning system fault tree, system arerage lose efficacy time and reliability 'arc calculated. System reliability design is also made. Resultsof 2800 curves of aerodynamic experiments shoW that this system is precise, less consumption of oil and reliable.
