基于DEA拥塞模型的我国航空公司效率分析

本文运用数据包络分析(DEA)来研究我国航空公司效率问题。文章主要包含三个部分:第一部分建立了DEA拥塞模型,如果存在输入拥塞的情况,即可从FG模型和ST模型有效性的不同情况去测度。在决策单元既非FG有效也非ST有效时,则判定评价决策单元处于拥塞状况。第二部分给出了输出导向的BCC模型,对其进行"投影分析",得出松弛变量和剩余变量,据此得出各投入变量的投入剩余和各产出变量的产出亏空。第三部分选择了国内11家航空公司,以其财务数据和生产经营数据组成实证样本,对效率相对低下的航空公司进行拥塞测度,给出提升航空公司效率的途径和建议。

DEA Congestion Model for the Analysis of the Scale Efficiency Of Domestic Airlines

This paper uses data envelopment analysis （DEA） to study the efficiency of domestic airlines. The article mainly includes three parts. First part is the establishment of the DEA congestion model. If the congestion input exists, the validity of the type can be measured from the FG Model and ST model. Only if neither the FG Model nor the ST Model is effective, the decision-making unit is in the situation of congestion. In the second part, it provides the congestion management mode. In the third part, 11 domestic airlines are chosen as examples to get their financial data as well as production and operation data. The congestion measure for relatively inefficient airlines is analyzed and the way to promote efficiency is provided.
