| 摘 要： | 从降低航空公司成本的角度出发,同时考虑柜台租用成本及旅客时间成本,依据排队论,求解值机系统运行效率最优时值机柜台的使用数量。并结合某航空公司典型日航班计划数据对模型效率进行了分析,验证了方法的有效性和可行性。

| Abstract: | It is an important link for airlines＇ cost saving by making rent program of check-in counters. The research mainly concentrates on the optimization of numbers of traditional counters while there is no quantitative analysis with self-check-in counter. From the view of rent cost and time cost, based on queuing theory, the numbers of check-in counters including self-check-in counters and traditional ones are assigned in a most efficient way. In addition, this method is calibrated and tested with the flight schedule data of a certain airline to verify the validity and the feasibility of the theory. |
