浅议大集体企业现状、面临困境及对策——论学院校办企业橡胶厂改革发展思路

大集体企业产权不清、机制不活、融资困难、市场竞争力弱、产品难于创新，本文针对大集体企业存在的不同问题，提出了改制、关闭破产等对策，同时针对学院大集体校办企业橡胶厂存在的问题，提出改革发展建议。

Current Situation, Problems and Countermeasures in Large Collectively Owned Enterprises -- Reform and Development on the College-run Enterprise Rubber Factory

In big collectively owned enterprises there exist some problems as the property right is not clear, the mechanism is not active. The enterprises have difficulties in capital investment, weak market competition ability, and it is difficult to innovate for new products. Aimed at the problems of collective enterprises, this paper puts forward the countermeasures such as restructuring, closure and bankruptcy. At the same time to the existing problems the college collectively owned enterprise rubber factory has, the author puts forward some reform suggestions.
