西部扶贫模式研究的文献综述

由于历史、社会、自然、经济、文化等诸多方面的原因，西部12个省、市、自治区目前仍属欠发达地区，生态环境脆弱，基础设施落后，产业结构单一，群众生活困难，经济和社会发展水平大大滞后于全国，西部贫困地区扶贫任务非常艰巨。西部扶贫问题日益成为学界广泛关注的热点。当前学界的探讨主要集中于西部扶贫现状及存在的问题、西部扶贫的实践模式、建立和完善西部扶贫制度的政策建议三大方面。但目前已有研究仍存在不足，这些不足正是在今后的西部扶贫工作中需要重点考虑的问题。

Summary of Literatures on Study of Western Poverty Alleviation Modes

On account of various reasons including the aspects such as history, society, nature, economics and culture etc., at present the twelve provinces, cities and autonomous regions belong to the undeveloped districts, where its ecological environment is fragile and the infrastructure is falling behind the major areas of China. What＇s more, as the economical and social development is far behind the whole nation, people＇s life there is tough and the mission of alleviating poverty is very hard. Therefore, the poverty alleviation problem is hot in debating. Nowadays, the discussion is mainly focused on the three points： the current situation and problems in poverty alleviation, development of practical modes, and suggestions for establishment and setting up poverty alleviation policies. However, there still exists weakness in those studies which is the fundamental consideration in future work
