| 摘 要： | 总结分析飞机前缘蒙皮的成形工艺特点。选取典型零件,设计加载轨迹方案及参数,利用有限元分析进行工艺参数优化,分析主要工艺参数对成形的影响规律。根据有限元优化结果,利用ASSFCAE FET600软件生成数控代码,进行生产性实验和测量分析,获得了合格的零件,实现飞机前缘蒙皮精确拉伸成形。

| Abstract: | The forming characteristics of airplane leading-edge skin component are summarized and analyzed.The loading path schemes with parameters are designed for typical leading-edge skin component.The forming parameters are optimized and the influences of main process parameters on forming quality are discussed.The computer numerical control(CNC) codes are generated by ASSFCAE FET600 software according to optimization result.The productive experiments and measurement analysis are carried out.The qualified part are obtained,which realizes the numerical precise stretch forming for airplane leading-edge skin component. |
