摘    要:通过在870~900°C温度范围内和应变速率为0.000 1~0.01/s下,对BTi6431S新型钛合金薄板进行了单向拉伸试验,研究了BTi6431S新型钛合金在高温条件下流动应力与变形温度和应变速率之间的关系,并利用改进的Hooke law和Grosman方程建立了BTi6431S钛合金的应力-应变本构模型。研究结果表明:BTi6431S钛合金在870~900°C温度下,流动应力随着温度的升高而降低,随着应变速率的增大而明显升高,在进入塑性变形区间,基本保持稳态流动。拟合得到的本构方程能够较准确地反映了BTi6431S钛合金在高温下的流动应力变化情况。

Abstract:Hot tensile tests for BTi6431S titanium alloy sheet are carried out at different temperatures and strain rates.The range of temperatures cover 870~900°C and that of strain rates is 0.000 1~0.01/s.The relations of hot flow stress among different temperatures and strain rates are discussed.Constitutive equations under the hot tension are obtained based on the revised Hooke law and Grosman equation.It is concluded that the flow stress declines with the increase of temperatures and ascends with the decrease of strain rates.In its plastic deformation stage,the flow stress almost keeps steady.The constitutive equation obtained in the tests can accurately reflect the trend of flow stress.
