| 摘 要： | 根据对尺寸公差分析方法和工艺能力评价方法在统计学方面的理论成果,结合飞机装配中的尺寸协调准确度控制目标与控制要求,实现对航空制造的尺寸公差分配。研究了飞机数字化装配协调过程中采用基于工艺能力指数的方法评估装配尺寸的协调准确度。

| Abstract: | Based on the theoretical results obtained from dimensional tolerance analysis methods and statistical process capability evaluation method,and combined with control objectives and control accuracy requirements in the size coordination in the aircraft assembly,the size tolerance allocation in aviation manufacturing is achieved.In aircraft digital assembly coordination,process capability index based methods are used to evaluate the coordination accuracy of assembly dimensions. |
