摘    要:滑油中磨粒的数量,成分和形态反映着机器零部件的磨损形式和磨损程度。计算机图象处理技术与铁谱分析技术的结合为机器磨损状态监测走出了一条新路。本文在发动机滑油磨粒显微形态测量的基础上,研究了特征磨粒的分类方法、讨论了磨粒尺寸的分布模型和参数估计手段,并结合实验提出两种发动机磨损状态监测的方法。

Abstract:The quantity, composition and morphology of debris in machine oils are a reflection of wear modes and degrees of engine parts. With the introduction of computer image processing technique into ferrography, it is possible to monitor machine wear condition by measuring and analyzing the morphology of debris. In this paper, on the morphological measurement of debris in engine oils, several classification methods and criteria of characteristic particles are studied. Following the discussion of particle size distribution and its estimation method, two monitoring methods for engine wear condition are put forward. It has been indicated in the experiment that research and application of the above mentioned technique has great significance to the discovery of early wear faults and the prevention of serious engine accidents.
