摘    要:采用复合材料补片对损伤的金属飞机结构进行胶接修修亘,可以经济而有铲地恢复结构的承载能力和延长结构的使用寿命,通过金属材料裂纹板胶接修补前后的静强度和疲劳寿命对比,验证了这种修补方法的可行性和有效性,。实验结果表明;裂纹板经复合材料补片胶接修补后,其静强度和疲劳寿命均有显著的提高,并且增加补片的宽度或者减小补片的长度,都可以提高结构的修补效果。

Abstract:It is most economical and effective to renew the load carrying capability and extend the service life by employing composite patches for repair of damaged metallic aircraft structures. The repair effi- ciency of composite patches for cracked metallic structures is investigated to verify the feasibility and ef- fectiveness of the repair scheme. Experimental results show that both static strength and fatigue lives of the bonded plates have been significantly increased. Moreover, increasing the width or decreasing the length of the patch may raise more repair efficiency.
