摘    要:在论述自动铺带机的构架和控制系统的基础上,分析了自动铺带成型过程中预浸带位置随机变化的原因.为解决预浸带位置随机变化的问题,提出一种与切带动作相结合的定位控制方案,实现了预浸带的准确定位.为确保位置模式下预浸带的精确输送,还提出一种自适应调节送带角度的控制方案.结合两种控制方案,设计了位置模式下的送带控制系统.实验结果证明,该控制系统完全满足自动铺带成型工艺的技术要求.

Abstract:The random changing of the tape length is analyzed in ATL processing based on the framework and the control system for the automatic tape-laying(ATL)numerical control equipment.A control strategy is advanced combined with tape cutting to solve the problem of the tape length random changing in the ATL processing,and the tape position is accurately fixed.To achieve the tape precision feeding in the position control mode,a control strategy for self-adapting adjusting the length of tape feeding is also presented.The tape feeding control system is designed with two strategies.The experimental result validates that the technical requirements in the ATL processing are entirely satisfied.
