柴油发动机液压测功器系统微机数字控制

摘    要:液压测功器为柴油发动机的性能检测试验和实际负载的实验室物理仿真提供了灵活有效的手段。在微机数字控制下,柴油发动机液压测功器系统具有良好的静态精度和动态跟踪特性,并具有高度的自动化和较强的数据采集及处理能力,能较好地满足柴油发动机及其控制器的性能检测试车的要求。本文论述柴油发动机液压测功器系统微机数字控制的控制方式及其实现过程中的若干问题和解决方法,展示了微机数字控制的良好效果。

Abstract:Hydrostatic dynamometers are able to provide a flexible and effective solution to the performance testing and the laboratory simulation of loading schedules that are encountered in practical applications for diesel engines. There is great potential to achieve good transient and steady state performances and high automation with microcomputer digital control. The demands for the performance testing of engines and their controllers can be satisfied. This paper is concerned with the control modes of microcomputer digital control of a diesel engine hydrostatic dynamometer system and some problems, as well as their solution in the implementation.
