摘    要:基于损伤力学方法建立了有机玻璃蠕变/疲劳损伤表达式,运用损伤增量线性叠加原理,给出疲劳损伤和蠕变损伤分离方法。进行了有机玻璃YB-3的蠕变试验和不同频率下的疲劳试验,成功地分离了疲劳试验数据中的蠕变损伤和疲劳损伤。算例结果表明,损伤分离法可以分离蠕变疲劳产生的蠕变损伤和疲劳损伤,很好预测疲劳和蠕变共同作用下的疲劳寿命。

Abstract:A model for describing the fatigue damage and the creep-damage of the polymethyl methacrylate is proposed based on the damage mechanics, in which creep-damage and fatigue-damage evolution functions are deduced from Chabochels and the increments of the creep-damage and the fatigue damage are additive. The creep and fatigue tests at different frequencies are carried out to obtain creep properties and the fatigue life of the polymethyl methacrylate YB-3. Then the fatigue-damage and the creep-damage created during fatigue tests are separated. The example demonstrates the capacity of the separation of the fatigue-damage and the creep-damage, and the ability to predict the fatigue life with the creep of the polymethyl methacrylate.
