电涡流激振圆管的试验研究

摘    要:JDZ-3型电涡流激振是研究外覆纤维合材料薄壁金属圆管振动特性的激振源,本文阐述了电涡流激振的工作原理,性能特征及其在研制过程中所进行的各种试验,如涡流感应头结构型,恒磁路系统,激振器与试件之间的间隙,交流激磁强度和感应头激磁线圈的设计等。还介绍了激振器与功效的阻抗匹配,最后,用该设备对六种不同圆管进行激振试验,取得了良好的结果。

Abstract:The eddy current exciter,Type JDZ-3 is a non-contact type of vibration exciting sources which are used for research on the vibration characteristic of thin wall metal circular tube covered with a compound fiber layer. The princeples,performances and characteristics of the exciter are illustrated in this paper. Analysis and design of the structure,such as the structural type of eddy current induction head,the constant magnetic field,the influence of gap between the exciter and the body under test the magnetic field exeited by AC,and the design of exciting coil are described. Finally,vibration tests of six types of circular tube using this exciter are introduced. It shows that the results are satisfactory.
