摘    要:针对高速铣削的特点和工艺要求,提出了适合高速铣削的粗加工环切刀轨生成算法。该算法不仅能自动识别加工残留区域,而且能保证刀具在加工过程中以恒速进给。这对延长刀具寿命、降低主轴振动、精简工序提高型腔加工生产率都有很大益处。该算法已应用于Superman 2000高速铣加工模块,实践表明,此算法计算速度快,健壮性好。

Abstract:In the rough machining process, contour-parallel is the most popular machining method. The method can detect and remove uncut regions i n generating contour-parallel tool-path for pocketing, though having long reco gnized the importance of the uncut problem in pocketing, there are few investiga tions that have been reported on detecting and removing uncut regions. And aimin g at some technology characters and practical requirement of high-speed milling (HSM), this paper proposes a tool-path generation algorithm on automatic recogn ition uncut free pocketing for HSM. In machining operation, the feed-speed is c onst antly maintained as much as possible and the uncut free pocketing is automatical ly recognized by using the algorithm. Results show that the method can prolong c utter life, damps vibration from spindle, simplify processes and enhance product ivity. It works efficiently and stably with Superman2000 CAD/CAM system softwar e.
