| 摘 要： | 考虑了存在两阶段退化的单部件不可修系统,首先建立了系统的两阶段退化模型,将退化过程分为正常(Normal)阶段和缺陷(Defect)阶段,正常阶段利用统计模型描述,而缺陷阶段利用Gamma过程描述。在周期检测的情况下,结合控制限视情维护策略和控制限备件订购策略,分析了一个更新周期内所有可能出现的结果。最后给出了优化模型,用以最小化系统长期平均总体费用率。
