摘    要:为了使磁轴承系统减小尺寸、改善动态性能和降低成本,提出一种将轴向磁轴承和径向磁轴承的功能相结合的永磁偏置三自由度电磁轴承,对其磁悬浮机理进行了研究,用等效磁路法建立了这种电磁轴承轴向力和径向力数学模型,利用三维网格图直观地分析了轴向力和径向力的耦合状况,理论分析表明,在平衡位置附近这种磁轴承3个自由度之间是解耦的。作者研制了一套实验样机,利用简单的分散控制实现了3自由度的稳定悬浮,并给出了部分实验结果。实验很好地验证了理论分析的结果。这种新颖的电磁在适合应用于飞轮储能、空调压缩机、涡轮分子泵等高速应用场合。

Abstract:A permanent magnet biased electromagnetism bearing (PMEB) with three degrees of freedom is presented when the radial-axial actuator is combined into a combination radial-axial actuator. The operational mechanism of the actuator is defined. Compared with a standard bearing of similar capacity the design shows some advantages in size, losses, and costs. A down-side of the integrated bearings is increased with coupling between the radial and axial degrees of freedom. The coupling is analyzed by electric circuit analog of the integrated magnetic bearings. The basic equation for magnetic circuit and the equation of suspension force are derived when simultaneity of permanent magnet flux and electromagnetism flux is effected.The integrated magnetic bearing is integrated into a test facility with very simple control method, and experimental results are provided. The lack of cross-coupling between radial and thrust axes is shown, results of the model are confirmed.
