全向式着陆缓冲气囊的折叠建模与充气过程仿真

摘    要:以"火星探路者"登陆系统的全向式气囊缓冲装置为例,首先对折叠后无褶皱的气囊和带褶皱的气囊分别进行了折叠建模研究,并对气囊中的加强筋和收缩绳进行了等效描述.然后采用具有较高计算效率的均压模型对气囊充气展开过程进行了模拟仿真.为全向式缓冲气囊的参数化设计打下良好的基础.

Abstract:Taking omni-directional-type airbag landing device of "Mars Pathfinder" as an example, the folding airbag with the ruffle and the non-ruffer structure is modeled. Meanwhile, the equivalent models of the reinforcing ribs and shrinking ropes in the airbag are established. The inflating process of the airbag is simulated and analyzed by using the model with high computational efficiency and uniform pressure. The whole research work provides a good foundation for the parametric design of the omni-directional buffer airbag.
