座舱瞬态热载荷的计算方法

摘    要:建立了近似数学模型和介绍了近似计算方法。建立近似数学模型的方法是,先把座舱结构按照等温面划分为许多部分,然后把每一部分看作一个等温体导出它的传递函数。近似计算方法是,对于具有内部温度梯度的结构部件,先按照时间常数等于计算步长的原则把它划分为许多部分,然后把每一部分的惯性环节传递函数近似成为延迟环节传递函数,从而使这些部件的温度计算简化为乘和加的运算。

Abstract:The establishment of approximative mathematical model and approximative calculation are presented.To produce the approximative mathematical model, at first,the structure of cabin according to isothermic surface is divided into many parts,and then considering every part as an isothermic body,its transmission function is deduced.The approximative calculation is carried out in the following way: firstly,the structural componentswith internal temperature gradient are divided into many parts according to the principle that the time constant of every part is in accord with the step in calculation,then the transmission function for inertia link of every part is approximated as the transmission function for the delay link. So that the temperature calculations for the components are chaneged into simple operations of multiplications and additions.
