| 摘 要： | 设产品寿命服从双参数指数分布ε（λ，μ），其中λ＞０为尺度参数（失效率），μ＞０为位置参数（保证寿命）。在加速应力水平Ｓｉ下，失效率和保证寿命的加速模型分别为 ｌｎθｉ＝β０＋β１ψ１（Ｓｉ）＋β２ψ２（Ｓｉ） μｉ＝α０－α１ｆ（Ｓｉ），ｉ＝１，２，…，ｋ 本文给出了定时截尾情形下对由恒定应力加速寿命试验得到的数据进行统计分析的方法。获
