摘    要:本文对复合材料翼面结构进行了满足颤振速度约束的最小重量设计。目标函数为结构重量,颤振速度及工艺尺寸要求为约束条件,运用可行方向法求解优化问题。文中用双三次多项式来模拟翼面复合材料蒙皮厚度,多项式系数及其他有限元的厚度或横截面积为设计变量,通过变量成组减小设计规模,用解析法求颤振速度对设计变量的导数。文后用本法对两个机翼盒段模型进行了优化设计。

Abstract:This paper deals with the minimum weight design of composite wing structures with flutter constraint. The objective function is structural weight. Flutter speed and technical requirements are constraint functions. The optimization problem is solved by the Feasible Direction method. The composite wing surfaces are represented by bi-cubic polynomials, whose coefficients and other finite element parameters are taken as design variables. The scale of the problem is reduced by variable linkage. The derivative of flutter speed with respect to design variables is calculated analytically. A metal and a composite wing model are optimized at the end of the paper.
