SVPWM逆变器数字电压调节技术的研究

摘    要:逆变器开环工作时,由于输出滤波器的电感、功率管导通压降以及导线电阻等多种因素的影响,使逆变器在加卸载过程中输出电压有效值发生变化。另外,当输入电压波动时也会导致输出电压波动。为保证输出电压有效值稳定,必须加入电压调节器,形成输出电压反馈的闭环控制系统。本文论述了SVPWM逆变器的电压调节方法,建立了SVPWM逆变器模型,并对其进行了辨识,辨识结果说明把逆变器简单地等效为比例环节与实际模型之间存在误差。在此基础上得到的辨识模型,按零极点配置法设计相应的电压调节器。仿真与实验结果表明,该调节器不仅有良好的稳态性能,而且动态响应快。

Abstract:When an inverter works in open loop state, loading and unloading will change RMS of the output voltage because of the inductance of the filter, the on state resistance of the IGBT, the resistance of the wire, etc. In order to maintain the RMS of the output voltage, a voltage regulator is added to the feedback route. Then, the open loop system is converted to a closed loop system. The design of the regulator and the way to regulate the RMS of the output voltage of the SVPWM inverter are discussed. The structure of the SVPWM inverter is presented. The model is identified by the computer simulation. Result shows that it is not appropriate to treat the inverter as a gain. According to the model of the SVPWM inverter, the voltage regulator by arranging the zero pole position is designed. The valid of the regulator is proved by the computer simulation and the experiment.
