摘    要:通过现场挂片试验,应用光学显微镜,扫描电镜,X射线能谱分析方法对20G,15CrMO,N80和16Mn四种锅炉用钢在处理后的油田污水中的腐蚀性进行了研究,结果表明,在高温高压条件下,处理后的油田污水对以上材料的腐蚀为局部氧化-氯化腐蚀,这种污水不能直接用于热采锅炉,加入研制的缓蚀剂后,腐蚀速度明显减小,缓蚀率分别为:57.3%(20G),87.4%(15CrMo),71.2%(N80)和77.5%(16Mn)。

Abstract:Through on-the-spot total immersion tests, corrosion of 20G,15CrMo,N80 and 16Mn in oilfield wastewater treated is investigated by using optical microscope,SEM and EDS. Results show that the corrosive mechanism of the above materials is partial oxidation and chlorination corrosion under conditions of high temperature and high pressure. The sewage cannot be used in heat-recovery boilers. By adding corrosion inhibitor developed into the sewage, the corrosion rate is obviously decreased. Corrosion-inhibiting rates are 57.3%(20G),87.4%(15CrMo),71.2%(N80) and 77.5%(16Mn),respectively.
