摘    要:研究多种缝合方向、缝合密度对复合材料层板面内拉、压、剪等基本力学性能和典型失效模式的影响,并结合理论模型分析缝合参数影响层板力学性能的机理。结果表明,缝合对层板面内性能有一定影响,缝合密度的增加导致层板面内性能下降,缝合方向对层板性能影响较大;试件破坏位于缝合针孔处;缝合造成的纤维弯曲和纤维断裂引起了较强的应力集中,是缝合影响层板力学性能的主要因素。

Abstract:Stitched laminates with various stitching directions and stitch densities are experimentally studied, to reveal the effect of stitching parameters on in-plane tensile, compressive or shear properties and failure modes. The mechanism is analyzed based on the academic models. Results indicate that stitching has a considerable effect on in-plane mechanical properties. Properties are all weakened with the increase of stitch densities and influenced by the change of stitching directions. It shows that the specimens are always broken along the stitches. The fiber waviness and fiber breakage due to stitching will cause great stress concentration, thus it plays an important role in the effect of stitching on the properties of composite laminates.
