钛基材上羟基磷灰石生物活性研究

摘    要:考察了电沉积时添加双氧水(H2O2)与不添加H2O2对羟基磷灰石涂层在模拟体液(Simulated body fluid,SBF)和柠檬酸修饰的磷酸缓冲液(Citric acid-containing phosphate buffer solutions,CPBS)中浸泡时生物活性的影响。扫描电镜(SEM)观察了涂层的形貌,X射线衍射仪(XRD)与傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱测试仪(FTIR)对涂层的物相组成、结构进行了分析。SBF浸泡试验表明涂层具有良好的生物活性;CPBS浸泡试验表明电沉积时加入H2O2的涂层的溶解性降低。本项工作对研制钛基材上高生物活性、长效性的羟基磷灰石涂层有积极意义。

Abstract:The effect of H2O2 during the electrodeposition on the bioactivity of hydroxyapatite is studied by immersing the coatings in a simulated body fluid(SBF) and citric acid-containing phosphate buffer solutions(CPBS).The morphology of coatings is observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The composition and the structure of the coatings are analyzed by X-ray diffractometer(XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).Immersion results show that the coatings possess a good bioactivity;the prepared coatings are less soluble in citric acid modified phosphate buffer solutions when H2O2 is used during the electrodeposition.
