摘    要:本文从新机对包皮性能的要求出发,参考原准机包皮的形式,应用计算机和数控技术,进行包皮设计。首先建立包皮的数学模型(柱面方程),求出与机身和吊舱相切的公切柱面作为包皮中段,其切线作为包皮与机身、包皮与吊舱的交线;其次对于包皮前段和包皮后段,以中段公切线为依据构造曲线,并对其光顺、插值,确定其交线.再以包皮与机身、包皮与吊舱的两条交线作为边界条件进行柱面拟合,输出绘图指令;最后在绘图机上绘出所需图形.新机包皮已用于新机模型制造中,成型简单,外形美观,获得令人满意的效果。

Abstract:According to requirements of new aircraft for the skin, this paper makes design for the skin with reference to the form of the prototype's skin, by the aid of computers and numerical control technology. First of all, we establish the mathematical model of the skin (cylindrical equation) and find, as the middle segment of the skin, the public tangent cylindrer which is tangent commonly with both the fuselage and pod. Its tangent line is regarded as the intersection of both the skin and fuselage and of the skin and pod. Then, for the frontal segment and the back segment of the skin, the curve is constructed in terms of the tangent line of the middle segment, its intersection is determined by smoothing and inserting values on it. Finally with the two intersections of the skin and the fuselage, and of the skin and the pod as the boundary condition, we put the cylinder into fitting, giving instruction for,the figure repuired is available on the drawing machine. The new skin has been used by manufacturing the model of the new aircraft. Its shaping method is simple and the appearance is beautiful, therefore, it is satisfactory.
