| 摘 要： | 本文在分析影响新机研制技术水平有关环节的基础上,确定用主要部件技术水平、设计水平等五个关键方面作为新机研制技术水平的主要影响因素。初步建立了技术水平指标的数学模型,从而确立了时间、费用和技术三坐标中的技术坐标。最后,研讨了技术水平指标的应用方式,分析了新机研制的周期、费用与技术的关系。
