输入输出共地的Buck三电平变换器

摘    要:输入输出共地的Buck三电平变换器开关管的电压应力为输入电压的一半,采用交错控制方式,滤波电感最大可以减小为Buck变换器的滤波电感的1/4。本文详细分析了变换器的工作原理及该变换器的输入输出特性,并解决了飞跨电容电压的控制问题。文中给出了实验结果,验证该变换器以及确保飞跨电容电压为输入电压一半方法的可行性,并进行变换器的动态实验,表明均压电路在输入电压和负载突变过程中依然能保证飞跨电容电压为输入电压的一半。

Abstract:A Buck three-level (TL) converter with its input and output sharing the same ground is proposed. The voltage stress of its switches is the half of the input voltage. With interleaving control adopted, the output filter can be significantly reduced. The operational principle of the Buck TL converter is studied and its output-input features are listed. A strategy is used to balance the voltage of the two switches and to ensure that the voltage of the flying capacitor is the half of the input voltage. Experimental result verifies the feasibility of the Buck TL converter. Finally, a dynamic experiment is presented with its graphical result and the excellent dynamic performance of the voltage balance strategy is proved.
