An Inverse Calculation Method for Conical Shock Wave

An inverse solution method is presented in this paper for calculation conical shock wave in supersonic flow. Compared with conventional direct solution method, the inverse method carries out its computation from an arbitrarily assumed shock wave to the cone surface.Its advantage is that there is no necessity to determine mittal values for computation beforehand, and consequently, results in high efficiency etc. Thus, this is particularly suitable for those processes performed by computers.
